Aid & Development: Japan gives $85m loan for rural development

In October accords were signed for Japan to provide $85m in credits for rural development projects. The funds will help to provide electricity to rural areas, build the Paksey bridge across the Ganges and supply rural development credits for the poor through the Grameen Bank.
